Software for Facilities Management

Streamline tenant and contractor communication for quick and effective facilities management.

simPRO's intricate portal system for customers and contractors is helping building owners and facilities managers (FMs) across New Zealand effectively manage their service-level agreements and tenant relationships.

simPRO's Customer Portal opens a direct line of communication between FMs and building tenants.

Tenants, or customers, can view and lodge their own quotes or job requests, as well as review and pay invoices for previous work completed.

With the simPRO Maintenance Planner add-on, tenants can even search assets listed within a simPRO system, and add those requiring maintenance to the quotes or jobs they request online.

The Contractor Portal, makes the management of SLAs and the communication of key job details with contractors easy.

Jobs or quotes can be assigned by FMs to a contractor listed within their simPRO system and pushed to the Contractor Portal, where contractors can access jobs they have been assigned, and provide updates like status changes, cost summaries and more.

Plus, if a contractor uses simPRO in their own business, jobs can pushed directly into their build from an FMs simPRO build, without needing the use of the portal.

With detailed asset records and portals for customers and contractors, FMs can maintain complete visibility with simPRO.

simPRO allows facilities managers to view vital points in workflows like:

  • Jobs or quote requests through to invoices
  • Important asset information like service history and status
  • Activity and status updates from contractors
  • Photo or PDF attachments (these can be attached to jobs or quotes in the Contractor Portal)
  • Cost summaries

Work flow is important, but so is optimal operations.

Unpaid invoices, inefficient attendance, customer frustration are all pain points that a seemingly great work flow can hide.

The system helps facilities managers stay on top of issues or blockages as they arise, and ensure they are making the most optimal decisions for the customer, contractor and building owner.
